The paper of corporate law is very important. It is a theoretical paper. An advanced level of knowledge is needed to have a strong grip on this paper. Latest amendments regarding the syllabus are the most important part of the syllabus. The important part of the syllabus also includes the SEBI Act & guidelines, statutes, new Din process. The law is an interesting subject; therefore, it should be studied only when you can devote your time. The paper of corporate and allied law is f three hours and is 100 marks. On internet there are different notes available and the students can download them for free. At the time of preparing the syllabus students should make the notes themselves. All the important laws and sections should be noted on a separate book which can be useful near the exam days as it will facilitate you to have a quick revision. While taking exams all the necessary laws and sections should be written clearly. There should not be overwriting on the lines. Read the question paper carefully follow all the instructions and write only what is asked. Underline all the sections clearly. Make appropriate headings and sub-headings. Do not attempt the questions in essay type presentation. ICAI has not issued any kind of fixed format to write the answers but it will be quite helpful to have a look on the previous year’s questions and there suggested answers. It will describe you that how can you attempt the paper.
